How can we deliver public innovation through the Digital Agenda for Europe?

eSkills have to be trained in all ages, especially with the very young (girls) starting in primary school

All item of the digital agenda end up with some kind of education better known as lifelong learning. It is fact that development of technology challenges all mankind from young to old. The older generation was educated in a traditional way in using pencil and paper, while the young generation uses smart phones and facebook.
Basis of the digital agenda should be education to the new technology as it was using pen and paper and now smartphone. It does not help to support the upper 20% knowledge affine population but to get the further 60% of European population is difficult. Jobs and skills – looking into 50% unemployment rate of young generation in Spain – 28.000 jobs could not be filled in ICT in Germany 2011 (which resulted in 1,0 b€ not made revenue -a study performed by BITKOM Germany) which gives the challenge to increase the teach the teacher projects in new technologies.
If you look throughout the blog there are a lot of good ideas (from copyright to social media) but this would not increase the basis of 20 % technology affine population. We have to set up programs for teachers, adult education projects and explain the teachers there how to use new technology (from whiteboard to using smartphone and closed groups in goole for common projects either within an enterprise or beyond. It is important to increase the knowledge basis for all EuropeANS IN USING ict AS PEN AND PAPER INSTEAD1

        Children should better use ink and paper. They don't need to be patronised. the progress of technology is far too fast and schools lack the financial backing for these adventures.

        why should we empower girls to get training on American software monopolist products. Rather we should educate girls to code themselves.
